Please feel free to browse, download from, and otherwise use the Visa Helps Site. At the same time, please remember that your access to the Visa Helps Site is subject to the following rules as well as all applicable laws. By accessing and using the Visa Helps Site, you accept and agree to the Rules without limitation or qualification, and acknowledge that any other agreements you may have with Visa Helps are superseded by the Rules, to the extent any conflict exists. If you do not agree with these Rules, please do not use the Visa Helps Site.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
• System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to US Filipino Visa Consultants LLC. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

• By use of our corporate name; or
• By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or

No use of US Filipino Visa Consultants LLC’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

 Trademarks and brand names

The trademarks, logos and service marks, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Visa Helps Site are Trademarks of Visa Helps and others. Nothing contained on the Visa Helps Site should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Visa Helps Site without the written permission of Visa Helps or such third party that may own the Trademark. Misuse of any Trademarks, or any other content, displayed on the Visa Helps Site is prohibited. Visa Helps aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights, including via civil and criminal proceedings.

Apart from your personal information (which is addressed in the Privacy Policy, any communication or material you send to the Visa Helps Site, electronically or otherwise, including, but not limited to, data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions, is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy,.

Fees for Services

All fees are nonrefundable except for fees for an early approval date that we were unable to secure within the time range paid for.  In the event a fee paid for an early interview date that Visa Helps is unable to secure within period paid for it, Visa Helps will return the full early interview fee.
